Job Description

McIlwain Civil Engineering is seeking an experienced Safety Advisor for a Sunshine Coast project. You will work with a small onsite safety team to ensure WH&S; compliance and foster a proactive safety culture on site.

Housing is available for those staying locally during the week as projects run Monday to Friday. You will monitor safety systems, deliver inductions, participate in pre-starts, investigate incidents, and advise site staff to minimize hazards while supporting SWMS and risk
