Melbourne Park is seeking a proactive Workforce Operations Coordinator to join our People & Culture team and help keep the event workforce organized, supported and ready for action across multiple venues.
You will work across rostering, onboarding, systems, communications and workforce administration, building solid relationships with venue and event teams while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. This is a permanent full‑time role with five days per week across our event calendar.
