Key Responsibilities

- Service, repair and maintain Canon multifunction printers and photocopiers

- Install and commission new office technology equipment at customer sites

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues

- Configure print drivers, scan-to-email and document workflow solutions

- Perform preventative maintenance to maximise equipment reliability

- Provide technical support and training to customers

- Maintain accurate service records and documentation

- Manage parts usage and service stock effectively

- Assist with equipment deployments, upgrades and technology rollouts

- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through exceptional service
