Nextt is seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to provide casual backfill support across the Bayside area. You’ll assist clients with daily living, community activities and medication support, while ensuring secure, respectful and consistent care.
The role focuses on supporting people with psychosocial disabilities to maintain independence and wellbeing, with shifts available from 9:00am–2:00pm and 5:00pm–10:00pm.
