WorkPac is an Australian-owned road and infrastructure services company specialising in asphalt, spray sealing and pavement solutions across New South Wales. The company delivers road construction and maintenance services for government, councils and private clients, with a strong focus on safety, quality, environmental responsibility and reliable project delivery.

What you will be doing:

- Safely operate HR or HC vehicles to transport asphalt, materials and equipment
- Load and unload materials
- Assist with asphalt spreading, raking and shovelling
- Support the crew with road preparation and clean-up
- Assist with general labouring duties on road and civil construction sites
- Complete vehicle pre-start checks and ensure loads are secure
- Follow all site safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment




- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

What you will need:

- Current NSW Driver’s Licence – HR/HC Class
- White Card
- Previous HR/ HC driving experience
- Asphalt, roadworks or civil construction experience highly regarded
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
