Are you an experienced Diploma Educator looking for a centre where you'll be supported, valued and given genuine opportunities to grow your career?

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Diploma Educator to join the thriving Pre School Room at a highly regarded, Exceeding-rated early learning service in the Upper North Shore.

n

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a secure, long-standing team within a centre known for its exceptional culture, strong leadership and outstanding reputation in the community.

Working alongside a team of four educators, you'll support a group of approximately 20 children, predominantly aged 4 years. The room is well resourced and well staffed, allowing educators the time and support to focus on delivering meaningful learning experiences and building strong relationships with children and families.

Housed within a beautiful large heritage home, this boutique service caters for up to 65 children across four rooms and offers a warm, welcoming environment where both children and educators can flourish.

The centre has a strong educational philosophy centred around play-based learning, intentional teaching,



sustainability and connecting children with the natural world. Children are actively involved in gardening projects, vegetable patches, composting programs and even a much-loved chicken hatching program that sparks curiosity and wonder.

The successful candidate will be someone who is passionate about early childhood education and enjoys contributing to curriculum planning and extending children's learning. You'll be proactive, creative, hardworking and a strong team player who brings initiative, honesty and professionalism to the role.

This is a full-time permanent position, with educators typically working four longer days each week and one rostered day off.
