We're looking for a PMO Analyst to support a Defence project. You'll work with vendors and the project team, keep reporting on track, and gradually take the lead in running meetings.

What you'll do

- Coordinate with vendors and follow up on project updates and actions.
n
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
n
- Organise meetings, record actions and track them through to completion.
n
- Facilitate project meetings as you settle into the role.
n
- Help the team stay across progress, upcoming work and issues.
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
- Experience in PMO, project support or project coordination.
n
- Robust reporting, organisation and communication skills.
n
- Confidence working with vendors and a range of project stakeholders.
n
- An active NV1 security clearance.
n
