RACV Limited in Traralgon is seeking a customer service specialist to join our RACV Retail Outlet. You will assist members with enquiries across Home & Car Insurance, Emergency Assistance, Travel Insurance and attraction tickets, both in-store and over the phone.

The role involves assisting our Memberline Contact Centre with inbound calls, 38 hours per week on a 6-week fixed roster, and a 7-week paid training program (Mon–Fri, with 2-3 days in Noble Park, VIC).
