Production / Forklift Operators – Multiple Positions!

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable warehouse and production operators to join a busy food manufacturing workplace.

n

We have multiple positions available across production picking, warehousing and liquid blending/compounding, with opportunities available on day shift.

n

These roles will suit candidates who have previous experience in warehouse, production, food manufacturing, ingredient handling or a similar environment, and who are confident working in a fast-paced, process-driven workplace where safety, accuracy and attention to detail are essential. Forklift License with strong high reach experience is crucial for this role.

About the Roles

n

Depending on the position, your responsibilities may include:

n

n
- Picking and preparing raw materials for production in accordance with Bills of Materials (BOMs)
n
- Checking and verifying batch numbers, SKUs, quantities and product information
n
- Completing stock put-aways and maintaining accurate warehouse locations
n
- Operating high-reach forklifts safely and efficiently
n
- Batching, weighing and accurately measuring raw materials
n
- Mixing and blending ingredients in accordance with production formulas and batch instructions
n
- Completing production and batch documentation
n
- Following strict procedures around product quality, traceability and food safety
n
- Handling raw materials and ingredients in accordance with workplace and Dangerous Goods (DG) requirements
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe production or warehouse environment
n




- Working closely with the wider warehouse and production teams to ensure materials are available and production schedules are met
n

What We're Looking For

n

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

n

n
- Current forklift licence – essential
n
- Strong high-reach forklift experience – essential
n
- Previous experience in warehousing, production or manufacturing
n
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
n
- Ability to confidently read and follow BOMs, batch sheets and production instructions
n
- Experience checking batch numbers, SKUs and quantities
n
- Good numeracy and basic maths skills, particularly for batching and measuring duties
n
- Experience in food manufacturing, ingredient handling, blending, batching or compounding is highly regarded
n
- Exposure to Dangerous Goods (DG) is desirable
n
- Strong understanding of workplace safety and the importance of following procedures
n
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work effectively as part of a team
n

Shift Times

n

The available day-shift positions include:

n

n
- 7:00am – 3:00pm
n
- 8:00am – 4:00pm
n

n
