LTTS in Australia is seeking a Senior Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) Practitioner with an active P Number registered with NDIS to join our multi-disciplinary Allied Health team. The role focuses on conducting assessments, developing tailored PBS plans, and coordinating with families and care teams to promote dignity and wellbeing.
You will implement PBS strategies, train caregivers, and maintain detailed records while collaborating with allied health professionals to ensure holistic care
