Job Description

Moira Shire Council is seeking a Coordinator People & Culture to lead a multidisciplinary HR team and partner with leaders to deliver strategic workforce initiatives across the council.

Reporting to the Manager People & Culture, the role covers employee relations, workforce planning, recruitment, learning and development, wellbeing, policy development, and HR operations, with a focus on building a positive workplace culture.
