Jade – Care, Therapy and Support is a growing NDIS and Allied Health provider based in Casula, South West Sydney.

Our multidisciplinary team includes Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Counsellors and Support Services staff.

New Graduate OTs – Start Your Career with Support

Starting your first OT role can feel overwhelming, which is why we want our new graduates to have the support and time they need to develop confidence.

You'll have access to supervision, multidisciplinary collaboration and opportunities to learn from experienced clinicians while gradually developing your caseload.

You won't be expected to know everything from day one.

We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, open to feedback and passionate about developing into a confident Occupational Therapist.

Experienced OTs – Make the Role Your Own

Already experienced in Occupational Therapy?

We'd love to hear what you want from your next role.

You'll have the opportunity to bring your existing clinical skills to an established caseload while working alongside a multidisciplinary team.

As Jade continues to expand, there are also opportunities to contribute to the development of our OT service, mentor others and explore future senior or leadership opportunities.

About the Role

Your role may include:

- Completing Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions





- Conducting Functional Capacity Assessments and other relevant assessments

- Developing individualised therapy plans

- Delivering evidence-based therapy to NDIS participants

- Preparing progress reports, recommendations and supporting documentation

- Working with children, adolescents and/or adults depending on your experience and interests

- Supporting participants with independence, daily living skills, sensory needs, emotional regulation and community participation

- Liaising with families, Support Coordinators, schools and other professionals

- Collaborating with Jade's Speech Pathology, Psychology, Behaviour Support, Physiotherapy and other teams

- Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and joint sessions where appropriate

- Maintaining high-quality clinical notes and documentation

About You

We'd love to hear from you if you:

- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

- Hold or are eligible for AHPRA registration

- Are a new graduate OR an experienced Occupational Therapist

- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Enjoy working collaboratively with clients, families and other professionals

- Are organised and able to manage clinical documentation

- Have a genuine interest in helping people increase their independence and quality of life

- Have NDIS experience – desirable but not essential
