Job Description

Justice Health NSW in Bathurst seeks an Aboriginal Health Practitioner/Aboriginal Health Worker to join the Primary Care team. You'll deliver adaptable, holistic, culturally safe health care to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people, focusing on prevention and management of chronic disease and continuity of care within custody to support transition back to community.

Cert IV or III qualifications required with AHPRA registration for Practitioner; travel in NSW may be needed; role
