The Role

We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Service Receptionist to join our Service Department at Berwick Toyota.

This is a front-of-house, customer-focused position where you will be the first point of contact for our service customers. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience, both in person and over the phone.

Your days will be fast-paced and varied, requiring strong communication, organisation, and a genuine passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities





- Meeting and greeting customers in a warm and professional manner
- Answering incoming calls and assisting with customer enquiries
- Booking service appointments and managing the service calendar
- Keeping customers informed and ensuring a smooth front-of-house experience
- Coordinating courtesy vehicles
- Supporting the Service team with general administrative duties
- Maintaining a clean, professional and welcoming reception area
- Handling customer queries and escalating where required

Must Have

- Previous service reception or customer service experience (automotive highly regarded)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, qualified and well-presented
- High attention to detail and time management
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A team-focused attitude with a positive, can-do approach
