About the Role

n

As ourParts Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day parts operation, supporting our workshop and dealership teams, and ensuring we deliver outstanding service to both internal and external customers.

n

You'll be responsible for leading your team, maintaining effective inventory control, maximising parts profitability, and ensuring the department operates efficiently and professionally.

n

Key responsibilities:

- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing parts team
n
- Manage day-to-day parts department operations and workflow
n
- Maintain accurate stock control, ordering and inventory levels
n
- Drive parts sales, gross profit and departmental KPIs
n
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers and internal departments
n
- Work closely with the Service and Sales teams to ensure parts availability and effective vehicle turnaround
n
- Monitor and improve department processes, productivity and profitability
n
- Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation
n
- Ensure compliance with Toyota standards, dealership policies and workplace health and safety requirements
n
- Lead from the front with a hands-on approach to team engagement and customer service
