SuperSealed Australia is looking for a reliable and experienced tradesperson who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and wants a long-term role with growth into leadership.

We are a Melbourne-based specialist company focused on repairing leaking showers and balconies using advanced epoxy systems — not basic tiling or patch jobs.

n

Due to continued growth, we are looking for the right person to join our team full-time.

n

ABOUT THE ROLE

n

You will be working in residential homes across Melbourne carrying out:

n

n
- Removal of failed grout and silicone
n
- Installation of high-performance epoxy grout systems
n
- Re-caulking all wet area perimeters
n
- Shower restorations and balcony leak repairs
n
- Occasional tiling works where required
n

n

This role requires attention to detail, clean finishes, and the ability to represent the company professionally on-site.

n

REQUIREMENTS

n

n
- Experience in wall and floor tiling or similar trade
n
- Driver's licence
n
- Strong work ethic and professionalism
n
- Epoxy grout experience is an advantage (training provided)
n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in tiling, or labouring on tiling
n
- Confident with tile removal, tile replacement and re-caulking
n
- Students may only apply if currently studying a tiling qualification - this is a full-time role, not casual or part-time
n
- Must have full working rights in Australia (no restrictions)
n
