- Hands-on experience with Cisco FXOS, FTD and FMC upgrades.
- Strong understanding of vulnerability remediation processes.
- Experience assessing security advisories and vulnerability impacts.
- Experience performing software lifecycle and version management.
- Strong troubleshooting expertise across enterprise firewall platforms.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze complex security vulnerabilities & exploits.
- Problem Solving: Aptitude for diagnosing and resolving security tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team setting and collaborate cross-functionally with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Documentation: Skill in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation, including process, procedures, reports and knowledge articles.
- Prioritisations & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and perform under pressure during exploit situations.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Cisco FTD, FMC and FXOS platforms.

Certifications (preferred):

- CCNP Security
- CCIE Security
- Preferred Technical Skills: Familiarity with ServiceNow, SolarWinds and Zabbix.
