About the Role
n
As our Administration & Customer Service Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
Providing outstanding customer service via phone and email
n
Processing customer orders and invoices accurately
n
Managing data entry and maintaining customer records
n
Coordinating freight bookings and order dispatches
n
Reconciling supplier invoices and supporting accounts administration
n
Liaising with customers, suppliers, and transport providers
n
Assisting with general office administration
n
Supporting warehouse and operational staff when required
n
No prior industry experience is necessary. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.

About You

Confidence using computers, web portals, and Microsoft Office
