Job Description

Victoria Racing Club in Melbourne is seeking a People and Culture Business Partner to drive customer engagement and member experience for the Melbourne Cup Carnival team. You will design and execute initiatives that welcome members and deepen connections across the community.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience & Product Innovation, you will collaborate with marketing, events and operations, leverage CRM insights (Microsoft Dynamics) and ensure stakeholder voices inform decisions.
