Part-Time Sales & Business Development Representative

This is a flexible, part-time field sales and business development position focusing primarily on businesses within approximately 10km of Complete 4x4 in Burwood. You'll be visiting recent and used car dealerships, panel and collision repair workshops, mechanical workshops, fleet and commercial vehicle businesses, and other businesses where our products and services may be relevant. You'll introduce Complete 4x4, identify opportunities, maintain contact with prospective customers and bring any requests for quotations or further information back to our team. At the end of each working day, you'll provide a brief sales activity report covering who you've visited, any opportunities identified and anything requiring follow-up from the office.

Key responsibilities

n

Visit new and used car dealerships, panel and collision repair workshops, mechanical workshops, fleet and commercial vehicle businesses and other relevant businesses

n

Introduce Complete 4x4 and its capabilities to prospective customers

n

Identify business opportunities and build relationships with customers

n

Maintain contact with prospective customers

n

Bring requests for quotations or further information back to the team

n

Provide daily sales activity reports covering visits,



opportunities identified and follow-up requirements

n

Manage your own working time and territory, completing agreed minimum hours each fortnight

n

Plan days efficiently to maximise customer contact time

n

About you

n

Automotive industry experience highly regarded

n

Confident introducing yourself to new people

n

Friendly, genuine and professional

n

Able to work independently without needing constant supervision

n

Organised and follows opportunities through

n

Understands that good sales is about relationships, not pressure

n

Can communicate clearly with customers and office team

n

Ideally lives in or around Melbourne's eastern suburbs
