n An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced or up-and-coming Commercial Property Manager to join one of Brisbane's most established and highly regarded commercial real estate agencies.
n
With a strong presence across the Brisbane and Gold Coast markets, the business provides end-to-end commercial property services across management, sales and leasing. You will join an experienced and collaborative team managing a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial assets.
n
Your role:
n
n
- Managing a portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial properties
n
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
n
- Lease administration, renewals, rent reviews and option management
n
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance and contractor services
n
- Preparing budgets, financial reports and property recommendations
n
- Monitoring rent arrears and tenant obligations
n
- Conducting regular property inspections
n
- Managing outgoings and annual reconciliations
n
- Working closely with the leasing and sales teams
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve asset performance and client outcomes
n
n
About You:
n
n
- Previous commercial property management experience
n
- A strong understanding of commercial leases and property legislation
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
n
- Robust attention to detail and organisational ability
n
- Confidence managing competing priorities and deadlines
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
- A current Queensland real estate registration or licence
n
- A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
