Charmlaw Foods is looking for a vibrant, self-motivated person to join our sales team.

Servicing the Sunshine Coast - Wide Bay region, the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of building and maintaining relationships, driving the distribution and performance across our brand portfolio and love working in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver monthly sales targets (volume and value) for the assigned territory
- Drive primary sales across our brand portfolio
- Identify growth opportunities in existing and untapped outlets
- Build relationships with key retailers with a focus on a consistent call cycle

Ideal Candidate

- A leader with exceptional communication skills




- Solid relationship management skills and customer focus
- Excellent planning and organisational skill and can drive success through autonomy
- Experience in FMCG, grocery, retail or a similar environment
- Proven experience leading, coaching or motivating others to drive performance
