Silverstrand Developments is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Brisbane Head Office on a permanent basis. The role focuses on tendering, cost planning and preparing estimates and submissions for Australian projects.

You will manage tender pricing, BoQs, preliminaries, and risk assessment while maintaining robust relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors to drive margins and project success.
