Southern NSW Local Health District invites applications for a Health Clinician – Caseworker within the MERIT program in Bourke/Walgett, NSW. The role focuses on assessing clients, delivering counselling, and coordinating care across health, housing and justice partners.

You will develop tailored treatment plans, prepare court reports and advocate for access to detox and rehab services, while working with a multidisciplinary team in a rural health setting.
