We're looking for confident, energetic Appointment Setters to join our NEW Customer Contact Centre in Carnegie, conveniently located right next to Carnegie Station. This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, loves hitting targets and wants to be part of a fun, fast-paced team where performance is recognised and rewarded.

Key responsibilities

Contacting new and existing clients by phone

n

Building rapport and having genuine conversations

n

Booking qualified appointments for our team

n

Following up leads and maintaining accurate client records

n

Working towards daily and weekly KPIs

n

Contributing to a positive, competitive and high-energy team environment

Must be fluent in English

Previous experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, charities, fundraising, solar, telecommunications, lead generation will be highly regarded but it is not necessary
