Right now, our Sunshine Coast branch is on the lookout for an experienced Service Supervisor who knows how to balance people leadership, operational excellence and customer focus.

What you'll be doing

n

As our Service Supervisor, you'll play a key role in keeping our service operation running smoothly, safely and efficiently. You'll:

- Lead and support a team of Service Technicians, setting clear expectations and creating a positive, professional team environment.
n
- Coordinate daily workflows, labour planning and job allocations to maximise utilisation and meet customer commitments.
n
- Be accountable for service quality, safety performance, WIP, timesheets and job completion.
n
- Work closely with customers, internal stakeholders and technical support to ensure issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
n
- Monitor warranty work, field campaigns and compliance with Komatsu policies, procedures and HSE standards.
n
- Coach, develop and upskill your team to close performance gaps and build capability for the future.

What we are looking for

n

n




- A self-starter with proven experience supervising or leading a service or trade-based team.
n
- Trade qualification (Diesel Fitter preferred) and a current driver's licence.
n
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with customers at all levels.
n
- A safety-first mindset and a commitment to doing things the right way.
n
- Solid organisational skills, with the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and service management systems.
