Barwon Health is seeking a Lead Aged Care On-Site Pharmacist (Grade 3) to lead high-quality pharmacy services across residential aged care facilities and care transitions. You will ensure protected medication use, drive continuity of medication management and support governance through reporting to the Medicines Advisory Committee.

You will contribute to education of interns, undertake clinical pharmacy research and present at conferences, while expanding skills across hospital pharmacy settings
