We're looking for a hands-on Change Manager to lead the people side of three concurrent technology initiatives within a large organisation's customer-facing domain. You'll own change, training and communications across a platform stabilisation, a suite of registration tool improvements, and the rollout of a new online assessment solution.
What you'll be doing
- Leading change on a core platform stabilisation, with a focus on redefining roles and responsibilities
- Designing and delivering training across six registration and onboarding tools
- Building and executing communications plans across all three workstreams
- Engaging stakeholders at all levels through the rollout of a new online assessment solution
- Running change impact assessments and readiness activities
- Balancing priorities and keeping momentum across concurrent projects
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Change Manager on technology-driven change
- A track record of running multiple initiatives at once
- Strong training design and delivery skills
- Stakeholder engagement across large, complex organisations
- Higher education experience essential

- Adaptable working hours during the day (avoid traffic, do drop off/pickup etc)
