The Opportunity

We're currently seeking reliable Food Production Workers to join a leading food manufacturing facility based in Banyo.

This is an ongoing opportunity offering a consistent Monday to Thursday roster, allowing you to enjoy a three-day weekend every week.

Working in a temperature-controlled environment (approximately 5°C), you'll assist with ingredient preparation and recipe-based production in a busy food manufacturing operation.

What's On Offer?

- $36.20 per hour
- Monday to Thursday roster
- 3:00am starts, approximately 1:00pm finish
- Ongoing work with consistent hours

Key Responsibilities

- Reading and following production recipes
- Measuring and preparing ingredients
- Assisting with food manufacturing processes




- Maintaining quality and food safety standards

About You

- Experience following recipes, formulations or production instructions
- Previous food production, food processing, hospitality or manufacturing experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
- A reliable and dependable work ethic

Requirements

- Comfortable working in a cold environment (approximately 5°C)
- Able to work early morning shifts
- No jewellery, makeup, fake nails or fake eyelashes due to hygiene requirements
- Full Australian working rights
