Coral Future Care is seeking, experienced female disability support workers to provide support in the Chermside area.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Assisting with daily living activities including household tasks, cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
n
- Supporting medication administration and management
n
- Facilitating community access, appointments, and social participation
n
- Promoting participant choice, independence, dignity, and inclusion
n
- Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting requirements
n
- Building positive, qualified relationships with participants and their support networks
n

Shifts Available

n

n




- Available for shifts 7 days a week. Morning and evening shifts available
n
- Set rostering options available subject to compatibility
n

n

You will have:

n

n
- Current Working with Children Screening Clearance
n
- Certificate III/IV in Disability or relevant healthcare qualification (or working towards)
n
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in Disability
n
- QLD Driver's licence and reliable vehicle & comprehensive insurance
n
- Genuine commitment to person-centred care
n
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
n
