Job Description

Core4 is looking for a Site Supervisor to join our growing team and oversee commercial construction, fit-out and refurbishment works across Brisbane.

This role would suit an experienced Site Supervisor, Foreman or strong Leading Hand who enjoys taking ownership of a site, working closely with trades and solving problems as they arise.

n

With projects across commercial, retail, hospitality and property environments, you'll enjoy plenty of variety rather than being tied to the same type of build.

What you'll be doing

n

You'll work closely with our project delivery team to keep sites running safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Supervising trades and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
n
- Coordinating trades, materials and site requirements with the project team.
n
- Monitoring project progress and resolving site issues as they arise.
n
- Maintaining clear communication with clients, trades and internal teams.
n
- Conducting site inspections and ensuring WHS and site requirements are maintained.
n
- Managing defects and handovers as required.
n

About you

n

We're looking for someone who is confident on site,



communicates well and takes ownership of getting the job done.

Ideally, you'll bring:

n

n
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman or Leading Hand
n
- Experience within commercial construction, fit-out or refurbishment
n
- Strong experience coordinating trades and subcontractors
n
- A trade background, with carpentry highly regarded
n
- Good construction knowledge and the ability to interpret drawings
n
- Strong organisation and communication skills
n
- A practical, solutions-focused approach
n
- Current driver's licence and White Card
n
