You'll work across a busy pub kitchen producing high-quality, approachable food in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

- Preparing and cooking dishes consistently to our standards
- Working across multiple kitchen sections during service
- Completing prep efficiently and ensuring your section is service-ready
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety and organisation
- Assisting with stock rotation, storage and waste control
- Communicating effectively with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
- Supporting other team members during busy services
- Contributing to a positive, professional and well‑organised kitchen environment

About you

- Has previous experience working as a chef in a busy restaurant, pub or similar environment
- Is confident working through high‑volume services
- Is organised and takes pride in being properly prepared for service
- Works well as part of a team
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Has a strong understanding of food safety and kitchen cleanliness
- Is reliable, punctual and takes ownership of their role




- Is available across a mixture of weekdays, evenings and weekends
- Trade qualifications are highly regarded
