We are looking for Casual and Permanent Part Time Club Attendants to join our team and play an important role in creating a friendly, welcoming and enjoyable experience for our members and guests.

n

About the role

n

As a Club Attendant, you will play an important role in creating great experiences for our members and guests across our Gaming, Bar, TAB and Keno operations. This customer-focused role offers variety, with the opportunity to work across different areas of the Club while providing friendly, professional service.

n

Key responsibilities:

n

n
- Provide friendly and professional service to members and guests.
n
- Assist across Gaming, Bar, TAB and Keno areas.
n
- Process transactions and operate relevant equipment accurately.
n
- Maintain a clean, secure and welcoming environment.
n
- Respond to member enquiries and provide assistance when needed.
n




- Follow all RSA, RCG, WHS and Club policies and procedures.
n
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
n

About you

n

n
- Current NSW RSA and RCG Competency Cards.
n
- Professional, well-presented and customer-focused.
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
- Previous Club or hospitality experience is preferred, but not essential.
n
- Flexible availability to work a rotating roster across multiple sites, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
n
