Job Description

Communify is seeking a dynamic support worker to join the Sustaining Tenancy program. The role is part time fixed-term until 30 June 2027, working 30 hours over four days from 8:30am to 4:30pm, delivering client-directed support to people with mental health issues, disabilities, or housing risks in the community.
