Macchina Espresso Kingsgrove and our new store location Beecroft is looking for an enthusiastic Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Preparing and serving coffee and beverages consistently
n
- Taking customer orders and operating the POS system
n
- Providing friendly, professional customer service
n
- Assisting with general café duties
n
- Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards
n
- Supporting the team during busy periods
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n




- At least 1 year of experience in a café, barista, or hospitality role
n
- A genuine interest in coffee and a willingness to learn more about our in house roasting and specialty blends
n
- Strong customer service and communication skills
n
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
n
- Reliability, professionalism, and a team-focused mindset
n
- Willingness to learn and help out across all areas of the café
n
