Job Description

HammondCare in Australia is seeking a part time Clinical Partner - Nursing to support clients living at home in the Central West Region (Bathurst, Lithgow, Oberon, Cowra). This permanent role is 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, requiring you to drive between clients' homes.
