Job Description

ARW Homes in Mackay, QLD is expanding to hire a dedicated HR, WHS and payroll lead. This newly created, standalone role reports directly to the Directors and offers genuine scope to shape the function across people, safety and payroll.

You will own end-to-end payroll, manage recruitment and onboarding, maintain contracts and records, and support managers on people matters and safety. This is a hands-on, cooperative role in a growing builder.
