ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Part-Time Store Manager to lead our Black Pepper store in Wagga Wagga.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for driving store performance, leading and developing your team, and creating an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through the door.

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the store, from sales and customer service through to stock management, visual merchandising and team rostering.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Create a welcoming and engaging store workplace where customers feel valued and confident.
- Take ownership of daily store operations and ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Drive sales through strong customer engagement, product knowledge and personalised styling.
- Manage stock levels, replenishment and stock organisation to ensure the store is always customer ready.
- Prepare and manage monthly rosters, ensuring hours are effectively planned within the allocated labour budget.




- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, styling and overall store presentation.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Lead by example and contribute to a positive, supportive and high-performing team culture.

ABOUT YOU

You’re a passionate retail leader who enjoys working with people and takes pride in creating a successful, beautifully presented store.

You’ll ideally bring:

- Previous retail leadership or Store Manager experience, ideally within fashion or customer-focused retail.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting customer relationships.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach, motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commercial mindset with a focus on achieving sales and store performance targets.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience with rostering, stock management and day-to-day retail operations.
- A strong eye for detail and a passion for fashion, styling and visual merchandising.
- A hands-on, positive approach and the confidence to lead a team by example.
