We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our team in South Yarra. This is a full-time position where you'll play a key role in driving sales, motivating the team, and delivering top-tier customer service.

What You'll Do

n

- Lead and support the retail team with a hands-on, customer-focused approach
n
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure brand standards are met
n
- Manage store sales and KPIs
n
- Work with the Regional Manager to boost sales and meet targets
n
- Handle recruitment, team training, performance management, and compliance
n
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
n
- Manage stock, admin tasks, and ensure a safe, healthy work environment
n

What We're Looking For

- At least 2 years' experience as a Store Manager (high-end retail preferred)
n
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
n
- Results-driven, with a focus on customer service
n
- Confident communicator with great people skills
n
- Organised, reliable, and a problem-solver
n
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and POS systems
n
- Fluent in English
n
