We are seeking a dedicated Trade Counter Sales team member to join our team and support the day-to-day operations across our Trade Counter and warehouse at our Lane Cove location.

Duties Include:

n

- Providing counter and phone service to trade customers
n
- Process customers' orders and preparing quotes
n
- Picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders
n
- Organising and maintaining stock
n
- Supporting general sales activities
n
- Maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse
n

n

About you

n

To be successful, you will need:

n

n
- Previous customer service experience or keen attitude to provide great customer service
n
- Minimum 1 years warehouse experience
n
- Reliable and solid work ethic and attention to detail
n
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
n
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
n
- Current Driver and Forklift Licence
n
