We are looking for a full time or part time position at our Nare Waren Clinic.

- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other IT platforms like Google, Zoom and practice management software

The Practice Coordinator role entails a combination of organising and
coordinating practice operations and implementation of organisational
policies and procedures, as well as some client-facing reception work.
This includes overseeing the day-to-day activities relating to reception and
administrative tasks, promoting a positive organisational culture,




demonstrating leadership and providing support to staff.
The Practice Coordinator will be the first point of call for all team members
and able to manage up when required.

In addition to supporting the Directors, this position has the responsibility

- Funding, reconciliation, payroll and Accounts
- Timesheet accuracy and Leave request management
- Practice systems, compliance and efficiency
- People, performance and culture
- Site and inventory management
- Marketing
- Reception support as needed and in the Glen Waverly clinic intermittently
