endota Brighton has relocated to a beautiful new space, now located at 447 Bay Street, Brighton. Our beautiful brand-new spa offers an amazing retail space with easy off-street parking, additional treatment rooms and a new infrared sauna.

Boasting 8 treatment rooms, we specialise in massage, facials, spa packages and a full list of beauty treatments. We offer the latest in advanced skin technology such as Light Therapy (LED), Clinical peels, Hydro-Microdermabrasion and Electro-Mesotherapy.

Your Role

n

In the role of a Spa Receptionist/Assistant, you will provide excellent customer service to customers in-spa, over the phone and via email. Using your strong IT skills, you will manage treatment bookings, process gift vouchers & product sales, answer email enquiries and be responsible for data entry/inventory requirements. The role will also include general cleaning responsibilities such as laundry, vacuuming, dusting, stocking/ arrangingproductand any other housekeeping tasks that will support the everyday function of the spa.

Your Skills & Experience

n

n
- You havepreviousreception/customer service experience (experience in spa or beauty industry preferred).
n
- Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel) and previous experience using an electronic booking system (ideally Zenoti).
n
- You have excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently and multitask.
n
- You havestrong communicationskills and excellent personal presentation standards.
n




- You have availability to work late nights and weekends.
n
