Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll take ownership of the recruitment process across a variety of positions, working closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver quality hiring outcomes.

In this role, you'll:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from approval and advertising through to offer and onboarding.
- Source and engage candidates using job boards, social media, referrals and proactive search methods.
- Screen applications, conduct phone interviews and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
- Manage candidate communications and ensure a skilled and positive recruitment experience.
- Conduct reference checks and prepare employment documentation.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and systems.

Job requirements

To be successful, you'll bring:

- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a similar HR role.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build credibility with leaders across the business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities.

Desirable

- Qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
- Experience using recruitment systems and LinkedIn sourcing tools.
