We're on the lookout for a detail-loving, number-savvy Casual Bookkeeper to join our friendly team at our Snooze Tweed Heads and Bundall stores.

About the role:

Reporting to the Franchise Partner and Store Manager, this role is perfect for someone who's methodical, proactive, and enjoys working in a close- setting. You will support our finance operations and helping us hit the pillow with peace of mind.

Key responsibilities:

n

n
- Processing and reconciling accounts payable and receivable
n
- Bank reconciliations and general ledger entries
n
- BAS preparation and support
n
- Payroll support and superannuation lodgement
n
- Assisting with month-end processes
n




- Maintaining accurate financial records with a keen eye for detail
n
- Collaborating with internal departments and external partners (clear communication is key)
n

About you:

n

n
- Registered BAS agent status
n
- Proven bookkeeping experience (bonus points if it's in retail or franchising)
n
- Cert IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting (or similar qualification)ac
n
- Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
