Whether you specialise in rich and aromatic curries, authentic tandoor dishes or South Indian favourites, we are seeking Curry Chefs, Tandoor Chefs, South Indian Chefs, and Indian Cuisine Cooks.
Key responsibilities
Prepare high-quality, authentic Indian cuisine including curries, tandoor dishes and South Indian favourites
Maintain excellent food quality, consistency and presentation
Maintain excellent understanding of kitchen hygiene and food-safety standards
Work efficiently in a rapid-paced restaurant or events kitchen
Contribute to valuable experience across restaurant and events operations
About you
Proven experience in Indian cuisine
Strong knowledge of curry, tandoor or South Indian cooking techniques
Passion for preparing high-quality, authentic food
Ability to maintain excellent food quality,
consistency and presentation
Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food-safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant or events kitchen
Reliable, hardworking and positive attitude
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Relevant cookery qualifications are preferred
