Prudence Rehab is seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to deliver high-quality occupational rehabilitation services to employer and insurer partners, helping individuals return to work and rebuild confidence.

You will manage caseloads, conduct assessments both in person and remotely, and deliver wellness programs while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Our culture emphasizes flexibility, development, and work–life balance.
