We are currently looking for an experiencedPlastererMultito join a busy Reactive Maintenance team working within occupied social housing properties in and around Mitcham

n

This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson with strong plastering, tiling repairsand paintingexperience

n

Key Duties:

n

- Carry out reactive maintenance and repair works in occupied social housing properties.
n
- Complete painting, tiling, patch repair
n
- Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.
n
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.
n

Requirements:

n

n
- NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade (essential).
n
- Robust wet trade and multi-trade skills.
n
- Full UK driving licence.
n

n
