IRT Group is seeking compassionate Home Care Employees (Grade 3 or 4B) to support customers in the Milton/Ulladulla area. The role requires Certificate III in Ageing and at least 3 months of home or aged care experience, with Monday–Friday hours and some weekends.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal preparation, transportation to appointments, companionship and empowering independence. A full driver’s license and access to a car are needed; medication competency is a nice-to-have, with
