Northeast Tractors & Machinery in Townsville is seeking a Service Advisor to join our Service team and be the key point of contact for customers throughout their service or repair journey. You will assist with bookings, coordinate with the workshop, ensure transparent communication from start to finish, invoice when needed, and help deliver a smooth service experience for all customers.

This role requires strong communication, organisation and the ability to keep customers informed during each stage
