Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a CRM & Loyalty Manager to join the Customer Strategy team in Melbourne. You will lead CRM, lifecycle marketing and loyalty initiatives across consumer brands, driving engagement, retention and long-term value.

Reporting to the Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager, you will manage campaigns, data-driven segmentation, and loyalty program performance while partnering with Marketing, Product, Service, Digital and IT to deliver impactful customer experiences.
